What we build

Four kinds of app, one standard.

Whatever the screen, the same foundations: your data in Germany, every change tested, and code your own team can take over.

  • iOS, Android and web
  • Hosted in Germany
  • Code and accounts in your name
Web apps and customer portals

Orders, invoices, bookings and documents in one place your customers can reach any time, in your brand.

Mobile apps for customers and staff

iOS and Android from one codebase, working offline where the work happens, with notifications that matter.

Internal tools and CRMs

The spreadsheets and email threads your team runs on, turned into one tool with roles, history and reports.

Connected to what you run

SAP, DATEV, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 and the rest, synced both ways so nobody types a number twice.

Web apps and customer portals

Orders, invoices, bookings and documents in one place your customers can reach any time, in your brand.

How we build

From the first workshop to the app stores.

A written scope before anything is built, a release you can click through every week, and a handover your team can run.

A workshop lead presenting the scope at a whiteboard
Design phase on a large display: the user flow for placing an order as four screen designs, with a sketch of the PostgreSQL data model beside it.
Engineering phase: this week's staging release of an order portal open in the browser, with its changelog of Jira tickets beside it.
Deployment phase: the release pipeline green from build to production on AWS, with monitoring of the last hour and the one-step rollback in view.
  1. Step 01 · Discovery

    Scope in writing

We map the people, data and systems the app touches, then agree on the first release and its price before anyone writes code.

  2. Step 02 · Design

    Screens you can click

Clickable designs for every main flow, tried with the people who will use them, and the architecture agreed with your IT.

  3. Step 03 · Build

    A release every week

You use the real app from the first weeks: a staging link, release notes and a demo every week, with tests on every change.

  4. Step 04 · Launch and run

    Live, then looked after

App Store and Play Store releases, monitoring and updates, or a documented handover to your own team.

Your industry

The app your industry asks for.

Pick yours. This is what we usually hear in the first meeting, and the app we would build first.

Healthcare and clinics

The problem

The front desk spends the morning on reminder calls and rebookings. Patient records sit in one system, invoices in another, and nobody sees which patients have quietly stopped coming back.

What we build

A patient app and a clinic portal for bookings, reminders and records, on phone and desktop, connected to the systems the practice already runs.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

Every patient, every site, one view.

A surgical team at work while patient recalls and bookings run in the background

Professional services

The problem

Senior people spend their evenings on time sheets, engagement letters and status reports. Knowledge lives in inboxes, so every new case starts from a blank page.

What we build

A client portal for documents, approvals and invoices, and an internal tool that replaces the spreadsheets behind every engagement.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

The firm's memory, finally searchable.

Two advisers in a meeting while a drafted document waits for partner review

Manufacturing

The problem

Orders arrive as PDFs and emails and get typed into SAP by hand. Planning runs on a spreadsheet that one person understands.

What we build

A shop-floor app for jobs, checks and downtime that works on a tablet and syncs with the ERP, so nobody types a number twice.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

Orders that reach SAP without a keyboard.

An engineer at a laptop in a robotics lab while an order is matched in SAP

Retail and e-commerce

The problem

Customer service answers the same twenty questions all day. Returns are processed by hand, and by Friday the shop, the stock and the books disagree.

What we build

A customer app or portal for orders, returns and loyalty, and a service desk view that shows every order in one place.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

Shop, stock and books that agree on Friday.

A shop assistant smiling at the till while a return is refunded automatically

Logistics and travel

The problem

Bookings, changes and documents arrive by email at all hours. The team types them into three systems, and customers call to ask where things stand.

What we build

A driver app with jobs, proof of delivery and live status, and a customer portal where shippers book and track without calling.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

The customer knows before they ask.

A container port at sunset while booking changes flow into the system

Finance and insurance

The problem

Applications and claims arrive as documents and get checked by hand against rules everyone knows by heart. Every audit means a week of collecting evidence.

What we build

A secure customer portal for applications, documents and status, with every step logged for the audit trail.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

An audit trail written while the work happens.

Two colleagues reviewing a claim at a desk while the rule checks run

Software and SaaS

The problem

The roadmap is full, support tickets keep pulling engineers off it, and the internal tools are scripts nobody owns.

What we build

Customer-facing web and mobile apps built on the same foundations as your product, so your own team can carry them on.

Usually connects to

Talk about your app

Engineers back on the roadmap.

What our clients say.

Questions, answered.

What does a business app cost?

It depends on the screens, the integrations and how many platforms you need. The estimator gives you an indicative range in about three minutes, and the first call turns it into a written scope and price for the first release.

How long until the first version?

Architecture in the first week and something you can click through by the third. The written scope gives you the dates for the first release.

Native, cross-platform or web?

We pick what fits your users and budget. Often one cross-platform codebase covers iOS and Android, with a web app for the office. We explain the trade-off before you decide.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the app store accounts and the cloud accounts sit in your name, and the handover includes documentation your own team can work with.

Where is our data hosted?

In German data centres by default, under the GDPR, with a processing agreement in place before go-live.

What happens after launch?

We keep the app updated, monitored and working with new iOS and Android versions, or hand it over to your team with everything documented.
