We are there for you.

We are an engineering firm in Düsseldorf and Tallinn. We build AI agents, process automation and software for companies across the DACH region, and we embed engineers in their teams.

What we stand for

Innovation crafted to perfection.

To us, that means systems that keep working, and keep making sense to your team, long after we've handed them over.

30 minutes with Sam

Book a free 30 minute call with Sam.

Pick a time in Sam's calendar, right here on this page. You talk to the person who would run your project, and you leave knowing the next step.

  • Bring the process that costs your team the most time.
  • Ask anything: scope, timeline, hosting, cost.
  • Afterwards, the next steps in writing: who does what, by when, and what it costs.

A note from our CEO

Software that works for you, not the other way round.

Most companies don't need more software. They need the right software, built properly, by people who stay until it works.

Again and again I meet good businesses held back by their own systems: data typed in twice, tools that never talk to each other, first versions that shone in the demo and stalled a few months later.

We work the other way. We listen before we build, agree the plan in writing and show you working software every week. And we build it so your team can run it long after we hand it over. Whether you are a founder with an idea or an established company with systems that don't talk to each other, you get senior people, honest advice and a partner who treats your business like our own.

If you are ready to stop working around your software, I would like to hear from you. Book thirty minutes with me: no slides, no pressure, just a clear conversation about what is possible.

Principles

Six rules we hold ourselves to.

They decide how we scope and report work. They also apply to every line on this website.

Scoping

Outcome first.

We agree what changes for you, and how you'll measure it, before we talk about tools. The method is our problem.

The scoping board.

Agreed before any tool is chosen.

A whiteboard from a scoping workshop with the agreed outcome and how it will be measured, and an empty tools box to be filled later.
Reporting

Numbers over adjectives.

We report in hours, weeks and euros. If we can't put a number on something, we leave the adjective out as well.

The weekly report.

Progress and cost in hours, weeks and euros.

A weekly status report showing hours, weeks and budget in euros against plan, with hours per week as a bar chart.
Language

In your words.

We name the problem the way your team does: “someone re-keys every invoice”. You won't find “workflow optimisation” in our plans.

The process map.

Fit

We say who it isn't for.

If a spreadsheet and a clear process would fix it, you'll hear that from us first. A project that shouldn't exist is the most expensive kind.

The one-page note.

Sometimes the answer is a spreadsheet and a clear process.

A plain Excel sheet of supplier invoices beside a one-page process note: a fix that needed no project.
Meetings

Next steps, in writing.

Every meeting ends with who does what, by when, and what it costs. Nothing important is left implied.

The follow-up note.

Who does what, by when, and what it costs.

This website

Proof, with permission.

A client's name, logo, quote or figure appears here only once they've cleared it in writing. Until then, it stays off this site.

The permission record.

Cleared in writing, or it stays off this site.

A signed permission record behind a published logo and quote, with client details blurred and a Permission on file stamp.

How we're organised

You always know who is accountable.

Simple on purpose: one person runs your project, and you know in writing who else touches your data.

  • Accountability

    One accountable lead.

The person in your first call runs the project through to handover: workshops, weekly reviews, go-live. You are never passed on to an account manager.

  • Partners

    Partners where they're stronger.

For cloud hosting, models and security we work with established providers instead of rebuilding what they do best. Each one is named in writing, with what it does and where it processes data, before it touches yours.

Offices

Two offices, one inbox.

Our headquarters is in Tallinn and our consultancy team works from Düsseldorf. Both inside the EU, one hour apart, with one inbox for everything: projects, audits and engineers.
