What agents do

Agents that take work off your team's plate.

Each agent works inside the systems you already use and hands off to a person when your rules say so.

Customer service

Customer support agent

Answers customer questions from your help centre, order data and policies, day and night, in German and English.

Hands off to a human when a customer is upset, asks for an exception, or the answer isn't in your sources.

Sales

Lead qualification agent

Replies to every inbound enquiry, asks your qualifying questions and books the right leads into your sales team's calendar.

Hands off to a human when a lead is a fit and ready to talk, or asks something only sales can answer.

Works in

Lead qualification agent

Every enquiry answered, the right ones booked.

An inbound enquiry with the agent's qualifying questions, the intro call it booked in the Outlook sales calendar and the updated HubSpot deal record
Finance and accounting

Document and invoice agent

Reads invoices, delivery notes and contracts from shared inboxes, extracts the fields that matter and posts them to accounting for approval.

Hands off to a human when a value doesn't match the order, a supplier is new, or confidence is below your threshold.

Works in

Document and invoice agent

Fields read, matched to the order, posted for approval.

A supplier invoice beside its fields matched to the purchase order, with one price that differs held for approval before posting to DATEV
Back office

Back-office operations agent

Runs the repetitive steps between systems: updating records, chasing missing data, preparing reports and reminders.

Hands off to a human when a step needs a decision, an exception or a payment approval.

Works in

Back-office operations agent

The steps between systems, done on time.

A back office queue of record updates and reminders across Salesforce and SAP, with one credit limit change waiting for a person's decision
Every team

Internal knowledge agent

Gives staff answers from your handbooks, process documents and past tickets, with a link to the source every time.

Hands off to a human when sources disagree, or the question touches HR, legal or anything confidential.

Works in

Internal knowledge agent

Answers from your own documents, with the source.

A staff question in Microsoft Teams answered in two lines with links to the source pages in SharePoint and Confluence
IT

IT helpdesk agent

Resolves routine IT requests such as password resets, access requests and how-to questions, and logs each one as a ticket.

Hands off to a human when a request needs admin rights, touches security, or the fix didn't work.

Works in

IT helpdesk agent

Routine IT requests resolved and logged.

An IT helpdesk chat in Slack where a password reset is resolved and logged in Jira, and an admin rights request is routed to the IT team

How it works

Four steps to an agent your team relies on.

The audit is free. After it, you decide whether we build the first agent.

Two pages of a sample written AI audit: the cover with its contents, and a page naming the three agents to build first and the first steps
A team mapping an agent's job on a whiteboard in a workshop
A staged go-live review comparing the agent's answers with the team's on past tickets, batch by batch, with two cases flagged for review
The monitoring view of a live support agent with conversations per day, its weekly report and a pause control
  1. Step 01 · Audit

    Your written audit

Six questions here, then a conversation with the people who own the process. You get a written audit: where agents pay off, where they don't, and what to build first.

  2. Step 02 · Design

    The agent's job, agreed

We agree the agent's job, its data sources, its limits and its hand-off rules with your team, your IT and your data protection officer.

  3. Step 03 · Deploy

    Live in stages

We connect the agent to your systems, test it on real cases with your team and go live in stages.

  4. Step 04 · Run

    Monitored and reported

We monitor and improve the agent and report on what it does. You keep a named contact and a way to switch it off.

We take care of everything.

You bring the process and the people who know it. We handle the rest.

  • Choosing the use cases worth automating first
  • Integration with your systems and data
  • Hosting and security review with our partners
  • Data processing agreements, before go-live
  • Testing with your team on real cases
  • Training for the staff who work with the agent
  • Monitoring and ongoing improvement
  • One named contact, from audit to operation

GDPR and enterprise

Built for GDPR from the first workshop.

Before any personal data flows, we agree with you where it is hosted, who can reach it and what the agent may decide on its own.

Agreed for every deployment

Each one is confirmed per deployment. None of them is a certification.

  • EU hosting

Data stays in EU data centres through our partners, or on your own servers where you need it.

  • Data processing agreements

Signed with us and each partner involved before personal data flows.

  • Role-based access

People and agents see only what their role allows, tied to the accounts you already have.

  • Full audit trail

Every action an agent takes is logged, searchable and exportable.

  • Human sign-off

A person approves the decisions you define before the agent acts on them.

We don't claim certifications we don't hold. Your audit lists what each partner provides, so your data protection officer can check it.

By industry

Where the first agent goes in your industry.

Pick yours: the problem we hear in the first meeting, and the agent we would build first.

Healthcare and clinics

The problem

The front desk spends the morning on reminder calls and rebookings. Patient records sit in one system, invoices in another, and nobody sees which patients have quietly stopped coming back.

What we build

An agent that answers booking and aftercare questions around the clock and passes anything clinical to a person.

Usually connects to

Every patient, every site, one view.

A surgical team at work while patient recalls and bookings run in the background

Professional services

The problem

Senior people spend their evenings on time sheets, engagement letters and status reports. Knowledge lives in inboxes, so every new case starts from a blank page.

What we build

An agent that drafts first versions of letters and reports from your templates and past matters, for a person to review and send.

Usually connects to

Run the free audit for your industry

The firm's memory, finally searchable.

Two advisers in a meeting while a drafted document waits for partner review

Manufacturing

The problem

Orders arrive as PDFs and emails and get typed into SAP by hand. Planning runs on a spreadsheet that one person understands.

What we build

An agent that reads incoming orders and delivery notes, checks them against SAP and asks a person only when something doesn't match.

Usually connects to

Run the free audit for your industry

Orders that reach SAP without a keyboard.

An engineer at a laptop in a robotics lab while an order is matched in SAP

Retail and e-commerce

The problem

Customer service answers the same twenty questions all day. Returns are processed by hand, and by Friday the shop, the stock and the books disagree.

What we build

A support agent that answers order and return questions from your shop data and passes anything unusual to your team with the context attached.

Usually connects to

Run the free audit for your industry

Shop, stock and books that agree on Friday.

A shop assistant smiling at the till while a return is refunded automatically

Logistics and travel

The problem

Bookings, changes and documents arrive by email at all hours. The team types them into three systems, and customers call to ask where things stand.

What we build

An agent that handles booking changes and status questions, and passes disruptions to a person with the full history.

Usually connects to

Run the free audit for your industry

The customer knows before they ask.

A container port at sunset while booking changes flow into the system

Finance and insurance

The problem

Applications and claims arrive as documents and get checked by hand against rules everyone knows by heart. Every audit means a week of collecting evidence.

What we build

An agent that reads applications and claims, checks them against your rules and prepares a decision for a person to sign off.

Usually connects to

Run the free audit for your industry

An audit trail written while the work happens.

Two colleagues reviewing a claim at a desk while the rule checks run

Software and SaaS

The problem

The roadmap is full, support tickets keep pulling engineers off it, and the internal tools are scripts nobody owns.

What we build

A support agent that learns from your docs and past tickets, resolves the routine questions and routes the rest with context.

Usually connects to

Run the free audit for your industry

Engineers back on the roadmap.

Six questions. A written audit back.

Your answers stay in this browser until you send them on the last step.

Step 1 of 6Company

Tell us about your company.

Two quick questions, so the audit speaks your industry's language.

How many people work there?
Which industry are you in?

Readiness0%

Questions, answered.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The questions, the written audit and the walkthrough cost nothing and commit you to nothing. If you want us to build afterwards, you get a separate scope and quote.

What do you need from us?

Your answers on this page, then a conversation with the person who owns the process, and someone from IT if hosting is a question. We don't ask for access to your systems at audit stage.

Where is our data hosted?

Where your contracts say it must be. For most DACH companies that means EU data centres through our hosting partners; on-premise is possible where you need it. We confirm the setup and sign data processing agreements before any personal data flows.

Who are your partners?

Established cloud, model and security providers we work with on enterprise deployments. Your audit names the ones relevant to you, what each one does and where it processes data, so your data protection officer can review them.

What happens after the audit?

You decide. The written audit is yours to keep and use with any team. If you want us to design and deploy the first agent, we send a scope and a quote for it.

What does deploying an agent cost?

It depends on the systems the agent connects to, the volume it handles and where it must be hosted. For an indicative range, get an estimate, or ask us in your audit walkthrough.
